The plex box is set up in my router with a static ip and an open port 32400. I am currently experiencing an issue wherein i am only able to make my server available outside my network for 4 to 6 seconds, most commonly only 4 seconds, though. So far here is what i’ve tried:

In the server settings i must manually set the port to 32,400 to enable remote access. I've tried disabling the built in windows firewall to see if that makes a difference but it hasn't. It should be noted that it was working without a problem before this.
